KBC operates a 7-step closed-loop process, comprehensively controlling everything from raw materials to finished products, in order to maintain purity, stabilize active ingredients, and ensure consistent quality across each product batch.
Selecting broodstock with clear records, combined with the application of DNA PCR to accurately verify the species Panax vietnamensis, ensures purity from the very beginning.
The application of tissue culture technology under controlled conditions helps stabilize genetic characteristics and proactively secure a source of high-quality seed.
The entire growth process is strictly controlled in terms of microorganisms, water source, nutrients, and environmental conditions, minimizing external influences.
Monitor the growth and harvesting cycle according to technical standards, ensuring that the active ingredient reaches optimal levels.
Controlling temperature, humidity, and storage conditions is crucial to maintaining the stability of active ingredients and minimizing post-harvest degradation.
Standardizing the extraction process, optimizing the purity and stability of the active ingredient, creates a ginseng extract product with effective absorption.
Each batch of product undergoes thorough testing for active ingredient content (saponins), microorganisms, heavy metals, pesticide residues, and other safety indicators.
Simultaneously, DNA testing using PCR is performed to ensure 100% authenticity of the Ngoc Linh Ginseng genetic material.
